By collaborating with other experts and the company's technical team they figured out how to import daily transactions from inventory management and POS systems directly into QuickBooks. Together they wrote a procedure manual for every step of the process.
The in-house transition team had a goal to convert each retailer within several weeks and to have all the retailers converted within a year. Together they designed the training process and trained the trainers who would handle the retailer's training and conversion.
They created standardized daily, monthly and annual processes and documented these standards in a procedures manual, creating a fabulous internal control system.
She spent several full weeks training their in-house team of trainers who would work directly with the retailers. She supported the team until they were self-sufficient and owned the project completely.
