• Centre aisle
• One Rectangular Table for the speaker's materials at the front
• No Podium / Table top podium ok 
• Cordless Lavaliere, Lapel Microphone or Cordless Microphone for groups over 50

Handouts free of charge by Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).   Order several months in advance. 

Handouts are always available to print from the CRA website.  

Evaluation forms supplied by Eileen will be distributed before the session.   

Travel and Accommodations:

• Economy flights are fine
• Due to scheduling, Eileen prefers to book her own flights
• Hotel, non-smoking, quiet area of hotel
• Economical ground transportation as necessary
