If you have a corporation and are issuing dividends, here's some refresher links to refer to. These links are normally found in my TaxLinks.

I make these link pages up as I research topics to write articles, or after attending tax updates by Ed Kroft, who teaches the tax update course at CGA BC conferences... like the one coming up in mid September. Ed gives us a great huge fat guidebook with what's changed, and I feret through it looking for useful links and court cases to link to in www.canlii.org so that I can find what Ed was talking about months or years later. I've been doing this for years, so there's content from about 2006.

At the end of the month, the price reverts to $30 plus tax for the next 12 months subscription and here's where to buy now and again October 1 to renew:
