Please request a customized script to introduce Eileen ... it sets the tone for her presentation. 

Here's a sample introduction.  Introductions should include three key items, why this speaker, why this topic and why now.  Most important, to garner applause, always place the speaker's name at the very end:

"Who feels like they pay too much tax? Who thinks they could claim tax credits to get a refund of tax paid ten years ago? The organization name is sponsoring this education session because they care about your financial health. Our speaker, Eileen Reppenhagen, is a Certified General Accountant.
