Hi Eileen, good
afternoon (morning for you) from New
Brunswick(Life in the slow
lane).
I have read most
of your articles in the Pro Connection and
Advisor Advantage newsletter. The reason for
this is they are always useful and it is
obvious you know your way around the
QuickBooks software. I have been
using computer software since long before
there was a 720K floppy drive let alone a
hard drive. I've used them all from Bedford
to Simply, Acc Pac, Dac Easy, Business
Vision, MYOB. QuickBooks software is far
and away the best to have come around in my
opinion. I have been a Pro Advisor for
approximately 8 or 9 years now running a
home based business called Computer
Accounting & Consulting.
I am treasurer
for a small United Church
congregation, This Sales
Order Template is perfect for
the annual donation receipting. It would
also work well (I think) for Day Care
clients. Thanks for
writing that article about how to use Sales
Orders to create donation receipts in
the November 2009 Advisor
Advantage.
I have designed
the form as per your article and enclose a
copy for you. Thanks, Byron Brown, Grand
Falls NB
p.s. Eileen wrote
an article for Advisor Advantage for the
October 2009 edition that explains how
to use Sales Orders for donation
receipting. That's where you'll find the
instructions on how to use this template
to create donation receipting and to use
Sales Orders and Sales Order reporting
to manage your donation receipting.
To
Request a copy of the article, if you
aren't a ProAdvisor with access to
Advisor Advantage through the Intuit
ProAdvisor web portal, email
