"I've completely changed how I work. I no longer panic when someone drops off a pile of receipts..." Hassan
"Hi Eileen, I am enjoying your Quickbooks videos. I am learning by stopping the video and going to Quickbooks to setup or play around. Your videos are more advanced than the Academy of Learning Quickbooks that I took in 2000. Thanks TJ"
"I watched many videos, read a few books about QuickBooks®, but yours are totally different...After I watched yours, I felt like I am now controlling QuickBooks...before that I was controlled by QuickBooks...I am free now. I am the master, not him" Anonymous
"...passed the Certification exam for ProAdvisor status, after two weeks of watching the videos, ...and achieved a score of 83.33%... on the first write!" Anonymous
If you make the time to watch these recorded webinars, it will change how you treat the paper that crosses your desk. You may feel like you are in control, maybe for the first time ever.
You own the videos. They are stored on your computer, you can replay them as many times as you like. Burn them to a DVD and play them on other DVD players. Throw the DVD in your DVD player on your TV or your boardroom monitor and with QuickBooks on a laptop... the training opportunities for you and your staff, limitless.
How others learn... they tell me they watched the videos, three times, with the software program open on another monitor, with the sample data files downloaded, they play the video on a laptop or on a second monitor.
Ask me for sample files if you can't find them, email me at , then download, save and restore sample *QBB data files created during the presentation and you can do this too!
I believe everyone should learn how to keep records in a consistent manner so that someone else could take over the work if that person leaves or isn't available.

This five hour series, recorded over five weeks for IPBC, is all about how to create working papers using the reporting writing capabilities.
Requested by the bookkeepers who watched the ten part series, who wanted to learn how to create working papers.
It was the next logical step after learning how to use the software. Made sense to me too, because that's exactly what happens in real life.
What was cool was the night before I started the series, my husband, the math teacher/genius, suggested I use Microsoft OneNote software to show how to set up a binder with the working papers in it.
So many of the people attending wanted the sample working paper file that we created during the five sessions that I sell that (see the next time) separately.

There are 24 worksheets in Word fillable forms - organize and communicate with your Power of Attorney or Executor, or your spouse if they are still competent when you no longer are able to cope (bookkeepers do get dementia too, though not as often I'm sure)
You'll receive 2 versions of this file, Word 2003 and Word 2007 as the earlier version of Word used a different method for fillable forms.
