Your VMV videos should play on a Mac provided that an appropriate player has been installed. The default QuickTime player does not play WMV files.

To convert your video to FLV, there are many converters out there and I've heard that www.any-video-converter.com may work but no guarantees.

There are no refunds on digital products.
It is necessary to have at least a basic understanding of bookkeeping and of using computer software before purchasing products. You will need to be able to download and save files to folders.
Check your email for the expiry date, most product downloads are available for 30 days (720 hours), but some may only be available to download for 5 days (120 hours).
Products may expire without notice and cease to be available after 60 days from date of purchase.
It is your responsibility to protect your purchases by backing up. Consider burning a DVD using Windows Explorer or other means or purchase a DVD with your products.
