I was amazed at all the programs to do with Housing, not just the Home Renovation Tax Credit that are available.

If you are a person with a disability or someone who supports someone with a disability were you aware of the Home Buyer's Plan special arrangements where you could assist with funding the purchase of a home for a person with a disability and they don't have to be a first time home buyer? Did you know the withdrawal amount has gone up from $20,000 to $25,000? That combined with these new tax credits for first time home buyers ($750) should be on your radar.
