When you entrust someone else to pay your bills, or your client’s bills, it’s important to have a clearly defined tracking system which will enable you to ensure that all purchases are paid and only paid once.
Using the credit card account type in QuickBooks allows you to track and reconcile, not only credit card payments for your purchases, but employee expenses, petty cash and shareholder expense reimbursements.
