Eileen created TaxLinks for her CGA Chapter members in December 2007 for a half day tax research seminar presented to 120 participants.  That lead to the launch of the Canadian Virtual Tax Research Club in 2008, modelled on a tax and public practice support group she hosted for the Richmond CGA BC chapter in the early 1990's.

In December 2008, a similar half day workshop on NPO compliance link her NPO webpage with the BC Centre for Non Profit Development located at the University of the Fraser Valley.

Eileen has been speaking about utilizing personal tax credits in a talk called Pay Less Tax since 2003.  Other topics including Add Fun and Variety to Meetings, Procedure Manuals Made Easy and on the subject of financial literacy, Non Profit Compliance, ABC's of ACB's, Executing your Fiduciary Duty and for taxpayers surfing on the internet, Tax Online.

Eileen writes a monthly column for The TaxLetter and for Intuit's Advisor Advantage.  She contributes a column on tax and investment for Canadian MoneySaver a few times a year. Recently Eileen collaborated with a company to write a procedure manual for integration with inventory management software and conversion by several hundred retailers to QuickBooks. Then she trained the trainers to implement the integration and conversion.

Several years ago, Eileen contributed towards the development of Intuit's training curriculum. In 2009, she was a regional QuickBooks trainer for Intuit Canada delivering Basic, Advanced, Payroll, Fast Track and Expert modules for business owners, bookkeepers and accountants seeking to maximize their use of QuickBooks software.
